This project was the integration of all 34 First Transit apps and platforms to the new data and analytics spaces in Transdev. To ensure that the Operations teams have access to data analytics so they can provide continued service to our Business.
Successfully completed three months early and within budget!

Project Summary
To migrate over 18 business operation applications to Transdev platform. The biggest and most important was the Azure Spectrum Tenant as it was the umbrella that the other 17 applications were under.
This migration was initiated at 12:01a.m. EST 07/29 and was completed at 2pm 07/29. The virtual machines, reports, interfaces and applications cutover and came on quickly. Full QA/validation was completed 5 business days later.
Successfully completed two months early and within budget!
