Julie has 15+ years of project management/organizational development experience in the corporate world. She’s used her Master’s in Project Management/Organizational Development, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Lean Six Sigma certifications to develop her niche in process improvement/change management. Her background in OD has contributed to organizations and small businesses enhancing their internal processes, employee engagement, and overall effectiveness.

Julie has built a reputation of accountability, reliability, and consistency across multiple industries. As word of mouth continues, Julie decided to launch Raque Project Management Solutions, LLC! A woman-owned and operated business that proudly stands out in the project management field. Julie has managed projects in the US, Canada, France and the United Kingdom. She has gained extensive experience in managing projects (large and small) and the need to advocate for her clients. Building strong relationships and gaining trust with the third parties, stakeholders, and all team members is essential to her projects staying on time and managing budgets.
